Hi Guys,

Good news! I finally beat Argorok!! I was so tired the other night that I wasnt bothering to z-target, did it last night the first go round! I'm up to Zant in the Temple of Twilight now.. yaay I was pretty surprised that I didnt get it first go as all the other bosses have been pretty easy.. a bit sad though, I'm nearly at the end of the game.. oh well Mario Galaxy is next.. .

Stupid question - but what's DDR?

Why do you think there are so few girls out there that enjoy games as we do? Why are we so different?
And hey, if the Wii is your first console, what made you want to buy one? What was turning you off games before?
Me? I started when my Dad brought home an Atari 2600
I'm not sure whether I started playing it because I looked up to my dad, or because it looked like so much fun! Both probably. I always liked puzzles as a kid, and trying to figure things out, I think that’s how I look at games. They’re simply a puzzle or riddle that needs to be solved.

Well great idea making this chat well i started loving wii, plastion, ds. i would always say to my brother when i saw him play fun games can i play and everytime he would to hard for u wouldnt like it i got so angry that one day i said i dont care what u say anymore and he showed me how to play some games but i mostly learnt for my self and i loved it i dont think were differnet from other girl i just think girls think its to hard for them we can be just as good as the boys were even better go girls!!!!!!!

DDR ftw! I'm a hardcore DDR playaaaa. Sigh, it's out in Japan and I was staring at it in the games store. But I only have a few days here so there's no point.

I think I definitely need this one then!! I'm on a health kick and need all the extra help I can get!! When is it out on Wii in Oz?

I've written a review on Zelda TP - check it out here: www.mywii.com.au/

Great review, MissWii.

You know that article I posted in here about the number of girl gamers in Oz? Well I posted it at MyPS3 as well, and most of the guys don't beleive it. I guess some people are too stubborn or whatever to accept it.

You should play paintball then. Four or five hours of high intensity workout, including running, stretching into awkward stances, and holding those stances for periods. And because of the andrenaline, you don't get tired.

Same here. Or I should say I'm trying to get back into healthy habits, we just won't mention the Red Rooster I had for lunch today.

Nice review of TP as well.

Not what I heard. I heard you get "dead tired" from paintball.

I've done paintball before, didn't really like it that much. I expected like a jungle sort of thing, not just some dumped cars and wooden crates etc. I am sure there are better ones than the one I went to. Not one bruise - Well it was freezing at the time and I had lots of clothes on.

The one I go to has all three kinds. All bush, bush with man-made obstacles, and speedball fields with brightly colored inflatable obstacles. It's the Action Paintball down in Rouse Hill, NSW.

And a MyWii paintball day would be Epic Win.

Hmm, I'm not surprised by the marketing techniques and comments.
It's a bit difficult for some people (small minded male gamers and business men ) to comprehend that some women/girls do actually enjoy games and buy them for themselves instead of waiting for a male family member or partner to give them to us.
But don't mind me. I'm just in a man hating mood (damn small minded men ). lol

Oh, and I know I haven't been here long, but could I come if everyone goes paintballing? Sounds like fun!

Mmm, I like I like. It was a good read. I'm sure there are alot of girl gamers out there but don't admit they are. I'm glad that Nintendo are thinking about girl gamers and I'm sure there are a lot of hardcore girl gamers that dont play "girly" games.
