There's nothing on there about the world around us, apart from a Parody about Hillary Clinton f*$^ing Obama.. And I guess the fact that celebrities getting involved in world events is more important than the people that actually do it for a living.. And yet there is a whole section on Astrology.
I'm all up for learning about the beneift of tea - chamomile has become a big favourite of mine lately! - but the way they base it all on things that were popular with housewives in the 1950s is a bit sad. Surely, the world has grown up since then?

Hi everyone. I'm new to this forum. It's nice to see that I'm not so unusual in being as girl gamer. I started my love affair woth game on the super nintendo and have evey nintedo console since then. I have notice that since the release of the wii I know more girls wanting to join in the fun, I think thats the beauty of the wii.

My friends don't talk about it with me...they just aren't really interested at all. A few have guitar hero but thats the absolute extent of it. Others think I am immature.
My boyfriend is a big gamer...it's like his life...he doesn't consider me a gamer at all...just a little kid who plays around with girly games.

I still don't get the appeal of Endless Ocean. Apart from the fact that it looks pretty, and is apparently relaxing, why do people want to play it?

Same reason they play the Sims. Simple, mindless and you can't stop playing when you do. It's really addictive for some reason.

My thoughts on Endless Ocean are that its a game that you can veg with. I know some times as much as I like the challange of Zelda ect I some times want to play a game where I can drift through the game or do what ever I want like in the sims.

Ahh, makes it sound like me with Tetris. When I can't be bothered thinking, I open my DS and play some dude on Wi-fi. Very relaxing. I just never understood games like The Sims. At least with Tetris you know that you're not doing much, it's simple. But with The Sims and the like, they've managed to make nothing more complicated, so it really feels like I'm wasting my time because I have to put effort into those games. I mean, you have to make them go to the toilet, right?!

That's why I veg out with MySims. You don't have to worry about sleep, toilet, hygiene etc. Much more simple and a bit more relaxing, too. It doesn't have the tension factor of having to do something by the clock. I still go for Super Mario Galaxy or Raving Rabbids or guitar hero when i want a challenge!

It gets more fun when you murder them
I loved some of the mods people out out there for Sims 1. Poisoned chips, electric shower etc. Hours of fun!

OK After a small amount of digging I was pleasantly surprised to find that women do contribute to the tech side of things on Yahoo and not in a "OMG PERFUME, SHOES AND FASHIONS" sort of way.
