I don't see why violence is a reason for ban when it is not games that kill people, it's people that take things too far. Insanity is a cause for killing, rage is a cause for killing, unless it get the realistic point where people actually die from playing video games, I see no reason things should be this strict.
If a kid jumps off a cliff because he saw Mario do it, it's not Mario's fault, it's the parent's fault for not explaining to him that by jumping off a certain distance, you will die.
