So they may appear to be infront of you but the reality is they may be to the side. This means you ram players but they arent actually there. Or you shoot shells at them and they seem to have dodged them. In your game they fall off the cliff but then after the refreshing, they reappear immediately because in effect you never touched them. I was driving with a cloud item then suddenly it disappeared off me because somebody rammed me unknown to me. In otherwords - get it. Hacking hasnt ruined it.
