Bowser bike in my opinion is bad for races, only good for time trials.

Nitrocycle for straight courses
Mach bike for curvy courses

Use auto unless you are a pro when it comes to drifting and boosting

As a Novelty I was racing using the chuck/mote combo instead of my normal trusty classic, against a friend. we had the music turned up (new pendulum album, in-silico) and i suddenly found myself druming frantically to the music whilst still executing perfect drifts etc. And the best part of all was i didn't even have to remember to shake the wiimote when going of the jumps to pull tricks. 'cos thats the only thing shaking really does, i was loving it.
Anyone else found themselves drumming whilst playing wii?

haha. i know. thats why i'm stealth sternzie.
I got 1 or 2 stars for all cups and 3* on 1cup BUT I've left a 50cc cup on A grade purposefully so i don't get the online star curse.
I've also noticed many other 8500 plus players like me without stars.
Are they just online junkies that don't care for single player past the basic completion of the game? OR are they afraid of the curse too



Online junkies is my guess... Also after surviving many Disconnections ive finally managed to get my rank back up to 8700ish it was 8900 but then i had 3 d/c's in a row we need to have another sess linc

The lastability is in the online mode. Its hard to imagine anybody will get tired of that apart from those who do everything they can to win and save their precious points.

Customising the battle on mario kart wii would have been nice, eg number of players max, free for all, team, handicap etc, but youre right it isnt too bad, the first time i played it about a week ago i did so with a mate and we had a blast (no pun intended) im not good enough to go online yet though, perhaps in a few more rounds
