I bought a wii game on ebay and won it

cgi.ebay.com.au/

and then now the account is closed and i already paid the money but didnt get the item!!

i'm so mad and I cant lodge a complaint until 10 days after the item is sold.

Read the guys feedback. apparently about 10 other people got rorted just yesterday. but otherwise his account is fine.

I contacted ebay and they have suspended the account. but all I want is the money back or my game.

This has never happened to me on ebay but just be careful ay

yeh... if it was via money order, its unlikely that you will get the money back. In my case, the seller actually acknowlaged that i had sent him the money, but as long as you have a receipt you should be fine

It happened to me with a PDA, a little more money than a game. I did some research and got the persons address. Went around and he **** himself. Got my money back quick smart. Lucky he lived in sydney.

Ebay will not refund the whole amount. They charge a fee which i think is a % of the value.
