u seem a bit optimistic mystikyl. i bought rayman as well on the 29th Jan. and after seeing 11 peoples feedback and him being taken out as a registered user. i'll be worked up a bit. maybe the posts he had previously was a fake.
if he was legit, then why did his emails all bounced back? and why hasn't he replied? i just wish i could get my money bak. this is the end of my ebay usage. i'd pay full price any day, compared to this mishap!! it ain't worth it!

sorry to hear 'bout that keenan. a lot of people have bad experiences on ebay. i guess, its never a good feeling when it happens to you. nevertheless, i really think that i wouldn't see my money again anyways. *sighs*

If I'm not mistaken, ebay actually guarantee your transaction. They'll give your money back if your transaction is bigger than $50 and smaller than $250. BUT, the process is very troublesome cause you need to deal with ebay us, etc. If you pay by Paypal, they will also guarantee it.

i was done for close to $600 last year ebay payed me back $375 of the 600 i lost, im pretty lucky i even got that much back so i cant complain too much, i am much more carefull these days i only buy from people who have a lot of feedback not that it garentees you anything but at least you have a better chance.

I dont no anything about the "Wii" or its games but i bought a scrubs DVD on 5th feb from the same dude and only just saw the account's been closed. did you manage contact the police swiftsteve?

i called Fairfield living skills but the number's engaged..theyve probably been flogged by abusive calls asking for A Taylor.

52% feedback. Why would you buy off him?

Always read feedback, and remember you can send messages to people who left negative feedback asking why they left it, if your not too sure. I know I have done this on some large purchases, and just as well, as they had warranty issues, which you don't want on $3K purchases.
