The Nintendo Connection Tour 09

Nintendo Australia have released more information on this year's Nintendo Connection Tour.
While the first details we recieved on the tour indicated the tour will be focusing on the new Nintendo DS title Pokemon Platinum, it seems the spotlight has been moved onto the upcoming and highly anticipated Wii Sports Resort!
Here is the official released information below:

It’s back and bigger than ever!!! The Nintendo Connection Tour ’09:Welcome to the Resort, will launch in a Shopping Centre near you. To celebrate the release of Wii Sports Resort, we would like to welcome you to Wuhu Island. There won’t be a dull moment on Wuhu Island, as visitors will be able to compete in activities such as archery, basketball, ping pong and sword play. Not only will you be able to experience the fun, but you’ll also see how Wii MotionPlus gives you a realistic, immersive experience on Wii Sports Resort, and other Wii MotionPlus compatible games.

Also, come along to check out our latest releases from Wii and Nintendo DS. Lots of giveaways on the day!

Plus, don’t forget to bring along your Nintendo DS and your copy of Pokémon Platinum Version. Those who do can receive the special ‘Secret Key’ item into your game! The Secret Key lets you change Rotom’s form in Pokémon Platinum Version.
