NFS Carbon - 9/10

Gaming's always been a fun and silly hobby for me...something I only adhere to when I've got absolutely nothing better to do. But when I first heard about the Wii, I thought it was a new revolutionary concept.

Not wanting to spend hundreds of dollars on something I would only engage in when I'm bored, I did a little research as to what games are available.

Having always been a bit of a speed demon, Need For Speed Carbon caught my eye. And knowing that this would provide me with hours of endless entertainment, I embarked on my journey to get my Wii.

Haven't looked back since!

Even my partner, who's never been into any sort of gaming, loves this game.

It takes a little while to get used to the controls but once I got over the fact that I didn't have to press any buttons to steer, I got right into it. Still not sure how to drift without crashing or fishtailing yet. But time will tell...

Two player mode is just awesome! I got to kick ass even without any practice. What a thrill! Especially when I beat my partner. He's been practicing since. Can't wait till I can challenge him again. =P
