Nope from what I have heard (in another thread) no. All they did was fix problems that the update created. Crashing the Internet channel, and the Lan adapter!

I am probably beating a dead horse at this point but I just recently got my Wii and haven't modded since the original PlayStation. Help to these quesitons would be greatly appreciated.

1. I only want to play "backups" for Wii and GC, no homebrews, will that work with WiiKey and update 3 for NTSC Wiis?
2. Does the boodCD for WiiKey need to be inserted before it actually activates or is the WiiKey activated once integrated into the console?

2. If you wanna play multi region games then yes you will need the disk so just look through this thread and you will find a link to the new disk (otherwise just pm and I will actually put some effort into it)
