WiiFit isnt much of a game if your looking for a game. Its more if a lifestyle program.

The WII isn't much of a gaming console as of what you're speaking off. You should know that Wii Fit was meant to be a minigame like many other ones. I say that Wii Fit is like Wii Sports, it contains games, but they're benificial to you. There's no halo on the Wii, so to many hardcore gamers its not a gaming console.

I believe that Wii Fit IS a game, because it contains minigames. A game is a game. Arcade games don't last for long and they're classified as games. Wii Fit does the same thing except for the yoga/muscle sections. The other two sections are games.

I agree with the hula hooping one, I can't seem to get it :S I unlocked the one how you have to do right and left, but I cannot do the left way around. Does anyone else get a pain in their right side near the lung when they do this exercise????

I do... bad. lol I know i'm getting a workout though from it.

Yoga tree.... lol I remember when I first did that I couldnt even get my leg to rest on the side of my thigh. My pants were of a wierd material that made it slip. Just yesterday I tried the dog one in yoga I think, where you arch your back and keep your heels on the ground. She looked like a triangle, like a cat arching its back. I got yoga master, but my back didnt look like hers because im not flexable. I couldnt even put my heels on the ground cause it was like... ouch

I reckon they should have had a skipping one, but you cant jump on the board. It should have been you can do it on the ground and put the wii remote in the handle of the rope? I think that would be a good idea because skipping is really good for you

My record for the hula hoops so far is 303 spins, I love it!!!
I've never ever been able to use one of those things as a kid, so it's nice to be good at the virtual version lol sad I know

Oh yeah super hula hoops, it depends on your stance.
Like I'm a "goofy footer" so I can spin left easier than right.

Not really. What if you're already fit like myself and just want to get better balance and burn off fat through aerobic activity. Think of it most people walk, run etc... that's all aerobic stuff. The muscle and yoga is just to improve muscle and flexability, not everyone does that. When people go on diets and try to exercise most do aerobic stuf to get the heart stimulated and beating. That burns the calories.

Naturally I seem to time my "foot down" with the beat but I think that means I tend to lift too early when stepping off the board.
