It's a me a mario! Double the retro Mario in the 3rd Hanabi Festival including his RPG and Lost levels.
Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars

For the first time in a Pal region comes Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars! While visiting Mario, Princess Toadstool sits down to pick flowers in the nearby garden. Blissfully unaware, Toadstool doesn't notice the dark stormclouds billowing overhead. Then, through the darkness comes the sound of a helicopter.
Suddenly, without warning, Bowser swoops in and snatches Toadstool up, whisking her away to his conveniently nearby keep. Mario, hearing her screams, races out after Bowser and his royal cargo.
After a quick match on Bowser's throne room chandeliers, Mario races to untie the princess, when a loud rumbling shakes the castle's foundation. Then, in a horiffic explosion, Bowser, Mario, and Toadstool are flung in opposite directions away from the castle.
Mario returns to the castle moments later only to discover the cause of the explosion - A gigantic sword has crashed into Bowser's Keep! In its headlong plunge through the skies, the sword shatters a very important part of the night sky...the Star Road.
Mario must now race against the Smithy Gang to retrieve the seven star pieces that have fallen all across the Mushroom Kingdom and restore the Star Road before they can use the pieces for their own, evil good.

Super Mario Bros. Lost Levels

You've seen it before Super Mario Bros. Lost Levels was available in September 2007 for the Hanabi Festival, aka when we get games that were never originally released in Pal regions. The good news is if you missed out the first time it's hack for the 3rd Hanabi Festival.
Originally released in Japan as Super Mario Bros. 2, this game has previously made only brief cameo appearances in the Western hemisphere. Now available on the Virtual Console in all of its original splendor, Mario fans will appreciate the familiar look and feel of the game, while finding that its updated game play creates an entirely new challenge. No longer content just to wear different-colored overalls, Mario and Luigi also possess different skill sets (Mario can stop quicker, while Luigi can jump higher). In addition to the classic enemies already known to fans worldwide, there are also Poison Mushrooms, backward Warp Zones, and the occasional wind gust (which can help or hinder your progress) to take into account. And if that’s somehow not enough, expert players can go looking for the game’s secret worlds. So get ready to put your Mario skills to the ultimate test, and save the Princess again. Just don’t be surprised if she’s in another castle!

Mega Man

Mega Man is pitted against the powerful leaders and fighting forces of Monsteropolis. Brilliant scientist Dr. Light originally conceived the construction of fully-operational human-like experimental robots to perform specific everyday duties. Dr. Light, and his assistant Dr. Wily, encouraged by their very first near-human robot – Mega Man – proceeded to develop six additional humanoids, all programmed to perform specialist tasks: Cut Man, Ice Man, Guts Man, Bomb Man and Fire Man.
The experiment was a success, but Dr. Wily turned disloyal, re-programming Dr. Light's humanoids to use their powers to allow him to control the world and its resources. The only robot to survive Dr. Wily's evil plan was Mega Man, who volunteered to be the defender of the universe and its inhabitants – to single-handedly penetrate seven separate empires of Monsteropolis, and to eliminate the leaders and followers of these sovereignties. Get ready for some very exciting challenges!
