Zapper Zapper
Nintendo has showcased a gun shell peripheral concept design for the Wii Remote, known as the Wii Zapper. The name is a reference to the NES Zapper light gun for the Nintendo Entertainment System. The Wii Remote slots into the "gun barrel" of the shell. A prototype was shown at E3 2006 featuring a shotgun-like design with a "trigger hole", as well as an analog stick on the top of the handle, making it similar to the Nunchuk attachment, but without the accelerometer and the second button. However, the design shown at E3 2007, on July 11, 2007, was more reminiscent of a submachine gun, with a housing for the Nunchuk at the back of the gun. Nintendo announced a release for the Wii Zapper bundled with a game in the Americas in 2007. It was announced that the Wii Zapper can function with upcoming third-party titles Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, Ghost Squad and Medal of Honor.

Very Cool!!! have had this for 1 month now, aiming is easier using two hands and links is not a bad game in itself.. basic and easy to master but getting platinum medals on all levels takes a while!!

Under the Nunchuk, there are deep holes where the screws are, on the Zapper they have these things that point out and go into the holes to hold the Nunchuk up.

The best shape, weight and feel of any other gun housing so far... The main reason being the thumb lock on the wiimote, the plastic pins to hold on the nunchuck and nice cable storage compartment...

The design also allows you to hold the nunchuck freely in your left and a gun and wiimote in your right... Far Cry is awesome like this... Go one step better and strap the gun to your forearm around where the nunchuck sits for extra stability...

Only downfall is you have to remove skins.

Well this one is more like a machine gun! U get to use 2 hands! and its made by nintendo so you know that it has to be good. It also comes with links crossbow training so its so worth it. But they all look cool too

way better than the wii-qaulizer, it so hard to place the nunchuck in cause of the wires, then when your getting it out you have to pull the front forward but not too far or it breaks, if you pull it out to close it scratchers the sensor, plus the front trigger on this looks easyer to handle.

I got this for my wife last X-mas.. If it hadn't come with Zelda's Crossbow Training, we would have no use for it. Not that we won't once we crack open Resident Evil:UC and House of the Dead, we just have a kid in the house most of the time, so it collects dust.
