Super Mario Galaxy 2 Will Be Challenging and Would it Need The Super Guide?

New Super Mario Bros. Wii was the 1st Wii game to make use of the Super Guide. But what are the chances of the super guide being implemented into Super Mario Galaxy 2?
In a recent interview with Shigeru Miyamoto, he has stated:

“Well, as far as the challenge of Super Mario Galaxy 2 is concerned, I think it’s going to be a really challenging game, but whether or not we are going to incorporate the Super Guide, I just cannot tell,” Miyamoto told us. “In general, wherever and whenever appropriate, I think we will want to incorporate that kind of thing, but I cannot commit to anything specific right now.”

Miyamoto couldnt tell if the feature super guide will be available for Super Mario Galaxy 2 yet.

Honestly, I don't think NSMBW needed the Super Guide either, I'm on the fifth world and not once have I needed to see the Super Guide block, let alone hit it.

And I don't think Galaxy 2 will be that hard anyway, I mean, there was what, 5 stars on the original Galaxy that were really difficult? Out of 120? Yeah, not exactly NES Megaman or Contra hard...

Plus, implementing this in Galaxy might mean we won't get to play as Luigi after getting 120 stars...

I think nintendo could've done better then to remake another sequel to an older game... That's just my opinion anyways. At least it will keep the mario fans happy. I personally hated galaxy because of how easy and boring it was. =x

They should definitely add it. Why only add it onto one game? They've created this help so they should include in all major games. Also, it is a choice, if you don't like it, just select no when the option to use it appears. My god some people winge.

I don't care if it does. After playing New Super Mario Bros. Wii during my whole game experience I did notice the Super Guide once. Not once. Sure it stated I could look at videos if I purchased them but other than that it did interfere or intrude during my time with it.

So it's there and will pop if you need it and it won't be there so you won't even notice it is you don't need it.

Who cares?
