MyWii Feature Super Smash Bros. Brawl

In my opinion, I don't think that this is the best decision Nintendo's made.

This is sooo bad. Admittedly we don't have to actually use it, but everyone knows the young AdHd afflicted types will cheat their sorry @rses off.

Reminds me of my young nieces and nephews who come over and play my Wii. They always get stuck and plead for me to help them get past a certain bit.
I always tell them.....I didn't have a game savvy uncle when I was your age and I managed to do just fine...figure it out guys.

Hmm..it is still our option to use it or not. So the 'hardcore' gamers don't have to use it. But I think it is a good idea for the young ones playing games. Finding it too hard to play a certain part.

But they didn't say anything about it being able to be disabled........although I'm sure they would. And how would you switch it off without having to pause and missing a part because you had to pause to switch it off?

Doesn't it just show you the way? It doesn't actually finish the game for you? I would bet that it would be optional, or you could never pause your game without having the game finish itself.

This would be ok, IF you are given the option of having it on or of.

The reason I say this is because I have a friend who has a mentally retarded daughter, she loves playing my games, but she isn't able to get through the trickier parts. With something like this, her parents could sit her down with a game and let her play through without having to get up every couple of minutes to get her past the bit she's stuck on.

For that kind of market, I think something like this would be brilliant.

It doesn't hold your hand and do it for you, it guides you through it and HELPS you. Big difference. It's like a teacher: they show you how to do stuff, but that doesn't mean they do everything for you.
