Im starting to give up on Nintendo.
they used to be about the hardcore gaming, now they're just family fun time. and its crap, i partialy wanted this console for future hardcoreness games but nothing hardcore has really hit me.

i mean is SSBB the only hardcore game? or is that another "family" targetted game...

Metroid Prime 3 (and the new game)? Zelda (new one again)? The Conduit, COD WAW, etc., and more!

That's more than one, according to my caulculations. and while it is nowhere near the amount of the other consoles, I can safely say that these ones are good enough for me. Not sure about other people.. but if they want to swap, that is their choice.

i dont know but some of those wouldnt be "hardcore".

i have CoD:WaW and honestly on the wii its crap, its just turned into one big glitch and everybody cheats to win. which really is annoying if you want to play the game at a competitive level.

metriod, hmmm yeah maybe. i played 3 on wii and it did look amazing and was ok in the fun department.

I pretty much gave up on my Wii a while ago, not the system it's self but the games since nothing that interests me has come out. It's the VC games that have kept me going up until now. I'll give the Wii a second chance when Conduit comes out, fingers crossed this is the title I've been waiting for.

It annoys me that people automatically think that their choice in consoles is somehow better than ours.
Can't people just keep their preferences to themselves, rather than just going, "Wii? Pfft, wussy. 360s/PS3s are for REAL MEN!"

And like I said, and many gamers will agree with me, if you want a "hardcore" gaming experience, buy a P.C.

I started off with a wii. And I got the other consoles too. not because i have any particular preference. I love playing Smash Bros and all. But when I feel like playing a normal single player game when I'm not with any mates, I usually tend to play on my other consoles. Wii has mario galaxy and twilight princes which are awesome and great fun. As well as some other decent titles. But we've all finished those, and I guess I'm a gamer with gaming needs I suppose. I just needed moar games. So I got another console.

I know where you're coming from, but what I mean is IF you want to go around and claim that the PS3 is better and badder than the Wii, for example, just buy a P.C.

The Wii has genuine exclusive titles. The P.C can not only run better then any console, but you pretty much play any PS3/360 game on it, anyway. So yeah, I guess I was hypocritical there...

and yes P.C. is the full hardcore experience but to have an awesome computer these days to expierence the full awesomeness is quite expensive.
