MyFrag.com.au Officially revealed!

MyFrag, a mature community

Our new PC site - MyFrag.com.au - is launching late this week, or perhaps early next week to avoid the upcoming MrFrag from having a heart attack. Fingers crossed!

MyFrag will be mature community, spam free for everything you need about the PC. The site will be aimed at a more mature demographic and will build a culture that portrays this from day one. The audience will differ from that of other MyMedia sites, where more immature, funloving behaviour is accepted, to cater for the serious PC owner.

The first episode of Retro-Grade is now here!

In MyMedia's first Retro-Grade segment, Tano, Guyver and Heller discuss the Super Nintendo and some of its best and worst titles and some of the add-ons that made the console so special. They discuss some of their most memorable moments on the console, as well as their favourite games. From Super Metroid to Donkey Kong Country and Star Fox, The Voice's Retro-Grade brings you back to the era's of gaming that defined the industry.

Skate It Review

Skate It has good graphics, a decent soundtrack and innovative controls. Sure, the storyline is odd (to say the least), the camera guy can get annoying and there are some hit and miss moments with the controls. However the gameplay is solid and the balance board controls will force you to get up off the couch and do something that involves some real co-ordination. The Official Watchmen Countdown Thread

The Watchmen, it's long be hailed as the most have graphic novel movie, and finally the world will get to experience the film in all its hyper-violent, super-sexy glory early next year. So, in honour of this film, we have the Official Watchmen Countdown thread!

They certainly will! Much like the thread for the Dark Knight, I will give everyone a medal when we reach a certain post count. This time around the post count will only be 500 and everyone will be rewarded with this super cool medal... Check out the thread!

MyMedia Retrospective - Apple Pippin

Long before Apple was renowned for their stylish computers and hugely successful iPods, they took a lunge at the gaming market by releasing the Apple Pippin in the mid nineties. Not wanting to tackle this endeavour on its own Apple teamed up with Japanese toy manufacture Bandai who at the time were keen on entering the videogame market them selves. Katz Media also joined the team to produce the Pippin platform with Katz and Bandai investing their own money into manufacturing the Pippin in a similar fashion as to how the 3DO was produced.
