I'm not sure playing CS on your computer exactly makes it a gaming PC, though.

Every time someone has a flamewar about which console is better, I piss them all off by reminding them that PC destroys and will always destroy any console.

PC optimised to play games. Large monitor with high refresh rate, lots of RAM, fast multi-core processor, a graphics card far in excess of what any normal user needs or can even use. Sometimes has a high-end sound card too. Often has specialised peripherals like sensitive laser mice (Logitech G5 on 2000DPI! Yeah!) and odd-looking keyboards and gamepads.

I don't know what you people are hoping for. It probably won't go lower than $850.
