Not really Folyben as the way I see it if you have 2 wimotes you strap one to say your right leg and left arm so the movements you do are relayed back to the wii a bit like a more complex warioware. But if you had 4 wimotes straping one to each arm and leg would enable in game feed back to make sure you were exercising the right way. It's probably not a game for everyone but I know my wife buys a fitness DVD about every 2-3 months and these dont have any feedback to say if your doing it right, the wii can also tell if your slacking off and not working hard enough. So although I dont think you would be running around the loung room you could run on the spot and do almost any exercise tibo thingos you can think of. Also the Wireless alows fot them to have lots of expansion packs like a tredmill that isnt electric (keeping costs down) and just had a simple flywheel that recorded speed and transfered it to the wii, so when your charactor comes to a hill then you would have to run faster on the treadmill to keep your in game speed up. I really think it would have lots of potential.
