Released back in 2001 the Nintendo GameCube was the predecessor to the Nintendo Wii and had one of the best catalogs of games of any of Nintendo's systems. The Wii has been made backwards compatible with these games so they live on.

Even though the Wii is fully backwards compatible with the Cube, I NEVER play GameCube games on a Wii-I still have that glorius black square and it will continue doing what it does best-Playing Games-till the day it stops working, which I hope never comes...
