Got these the other day. My tv dosen't support 480p, only 480i. So all they seem to do is make the colour brighter. Half price postage for mywii members. Pickup available in Brisbane.

Really? It just looked brighter to me, although i only tried it on the wii menu....maybe i should give it another go...

jesus luke, at least try it with some gameplay....... you'd notice minimal differnce by just looking at the Wii menu for 5 seconds.

Im having issues with vc games sonic works then the screen starts rolling through and donkey kong the picture is a stuffed up and i change the settings in tv type and it rolls up through the screen when i go back to composite cables it all works fine.
is it my tv which is a brand new phillips 42 inch lcd or is there display issues with these old games.
Anybody else having problems?

I reckon component cables make a big difference even with regular definition games like PS2 and XBOX. The picture becomes much sharper and clearer because the colours don't 'run' or 'leak' as much.
