Unknown at the time, it may take place after Enies lobby arc, it has a story section on the official website, but it is in Japanese, so until anyone translates it, the story remains unknown, although a recent trailer hints that the game may involve time travelling. This is the third One Piece game where the characters aren't in Chibi form. In a few scans it showed what appears to be a giant stone with Poneglyph writings on it (In one scan it is noted) this giant stone may be key to the storyline, and the Orb of Time. The trailers showed a creature called "Popora" (It's name was confirmed in a scan) was shown hitting Luffy on the head, and shown trying to stop the Straw Hats.

The graphics do not look very good from the pictures, and I wonder if fishing is compulsory...

Anyway I think this will be a great game to play if it uses the Wii-Mote to its full potential.
