Spinochordodes tellinii, or the Nematomorph Hairworm. It lives inside crickets and grasshoppers until it matures and becomes an aquatic organism, at which point it excretes proteins that affect the insect's nervous system and modify its behaviour, making it actively seek out and enter bodies of water.
Intestinal worms for humans have not changed a human's behaviour, but can be really very long, as this worm is.
