I read an article about a Nintendo official saying that instead of making a keyboard for the Wii, they were working on a series of "hand gestures" which involves you holding the B trigger and waving your hand around the room to make the shape of the letter you are trying to write.
I think they should just give us an update which allows the USB ports in the back to support a keyboard.

What are everyone's thoughts on this?
