I am a girl gamer and I'm kinda surprised that there aren't more girl gamers out there. Considering that females are known to be 'thinkers', you would think that solving puzzles (etc.) would intice more females to get into games. Why do you guys think games don't interest most girls?

well girls have makeup and stuff so im guessing guys need something to balance that so we gots gaming i suppose. casual gamers to me is 'play wen u feel like it' im a casual smoker and only have one wen ive had a couple of drinks

Although, it doesn't come off as a surprise... Apparently lame is the new cool so I'm guessing maybe they are eating away at the real definition of gaming just to get a kick out of their popularity highs... or something...

I only realised a matter of days ago that my girlfriend LOVES Ocarina of Time... That explains why she has often questioned me about the Wii and Twilight Princess..

i know all my girlfriends in the past don't like gaming unless its a fun multiplayer game such as mario karts, mario party etc, even then the don't play for long so i see females more as a social gamer as i don't see very many playing solo games like zelda
