It does. If you shoot a red shell, you can see it. The red shell will sit there for a bit, then it'll hit them after a few seconds.

I hate mario kart though because thier server sucks.

I get disconnected from Mario kart much more often than I even get lag from brawl.

In any case, someone give me a few brawls. I'm bored and no one's online.
