Old news, but what it means is that you can extract your VC game of say, Yoshi's Island for N64, take out the Yoshi ROM and replace it with your own ROM of Perfect Dark, load it back onto your wii as a wad and play.

it's called homebrew channel - i have a GBA emulator on my wii and it works fine
