Well, if it's the same idea as the holographic storage that was talked about in the past, it would be a simple USB removable drive, with approximately 1" (2.54cm) cubes, instead of disks, each of those cubes were estimated, now keep in mind this was a few years ago when people like MIT were experimenting with it, those cubes were estimated at 1tb (yes one terabyte) of storage per cube. If they go anywhere NEAR that amount, and Ninty gets this rolling, they could make a KILLING if they make them compatible with PCs as well.
