SPOILERS
Well I watched it tonight and didn't really like it (I expected more) too much, the best thing was the company I was with really (not that it was a bad film, I just much preferred Kung Fu Panda. For me it's about par with Indiana Jones}. There were some good parts and many bad (long drawn out) parts. I found it funny when he's riding the bike and you expect it to zoom like the bat out of hell yet it feels like he's doing 20km's an hour. Even when he's overtaking the cars, if you look at the walls to the side it's very slow.
However I think both Jokers played a very good part, probably the best character of them all. I'm not sure who it was who took Ledgers role but even though you could tell, he still did a good part to take over.
As for what FunkyKong said about the music, I am not sure I agree but I did like the parts with those screeching sort sound effects when you know it's going to build up to something suspenseful. Unfortunately again, I expected a bit more from what did actually eventuate.
The best part for me was when the Joker is in the questioning room and asks the guard how many of his mates he had killed.
