i take it you have never read any of the comics or even watched that terrible version with tommy lee jones playing two face. harvey dent was a good guy who just got f**cked up.

Yes, I have seen the Tommy Lee Jones one where he was two-face, thats how I knew about two-face

But what I was saying was, that it was obvious to me that he would become two-face, just because of what he was doing at the start, and I was wondering if anyone else picked up on that.

Erm...what does cod mean? Lol I probably look even more stupider now.

The suit looked cool though, looked real, except the chest part looked really fake lol. Suit was too big for him I think.

Agreed. The best joker by far and, personally, the joker to end all jokers.

His performance was flawless and is what the joker should have been portrayed as from the start. Completely psychotic hellbent on creating chaos just for the thrill rather than self-gain.
And physically....brilliant. The scarred "smile:, tattered self-sewn garments, blotchy and smeared face-paint and..oh man...the lip licking OCD....it was the ideal joker. A completely insane criminal mastermind with no purpose but to wreak havoc.

I dare say Ledger outdid Nicholson himself (and Nicholson was pretty convincing as a lunatic clown). If Ledger doesn't at least get a nomination for the next Oscar awards, I will be sorely disappointed.

Because Batman gives him a reason to live. As he says in the movie, "I'm like a dog chasing a car. If I ever catch one, I wouldn't know what to do with it!" and "You complete me". The Joker just needs Batman for his circle of chaos to continue. As long as Batman's in the picture, the Joker will never get bored of doing what he does.
