WiiWare launched yesterday in Australia and Europe and included Dr. Mario & Germ Buster, one of the more anticipated WiiWare titles, that the US is yet to receive. For those of you unsure if the Doc’s new game is worth your hard earned 1000 Wii points fear not, because there is a demo out which will let you try before you buy.
However, the only way to receive the demo is for a friend who has purchased the full version of Dr. Mario & Germ Buster to send you the free demo. Those who have purchased the game will be able to send their friends a message allowing them to download the demo. Once you have received the trial version you must exchange friend codes and play against people with the full version online.
Gamers in the US will not be able to receive the demo because the full version of Dr. Mario is yet to be released outside of the Pal regions. Friends in Australia and Europe will be able to send them the demo but when their mate in America attempts to download the demo they will be faced with a message saying "The software you selected is not available in this country."
