Dr. Mario Germ Buster Review - 9/10

Story:
Story well um THERE IS NONE

Gameplay:
The gameplay is extremely addicting and Dr. Mario for WiiWare contains two versions. One version plays similar to the original Dr.Mario in which you hold the WiiMote on it's side and play with the D-Pad and the 2 Button this version is fun to play but does get boring after while quicker than the other version.

The other version allows use of your Mii and WiiMote interactivity in which you have to aim the WiiMote at the Viruses/Bacteria click A to drag them and B to switch them around but this version may seem easier but is alot harder as more than 1 Virus/Bacteria comes down and up to 3 pairs of 2 come down at once and you have to quickly get them all in their spots and if you causing any blocks to fall from getting four in a row you can also quickly move them around.

The Gameplay also allows you to choose which level you want to play, at what speed, what song and what difficulty level.

Multiplayer is also a good factor but haven't had the chance to fully play multiplayer but it is bascially upto 4 people playing the same round of Dr.Mario together but everyone has to work together if they don't want to stuff up.

Graphics:
Basic 2D graphics with not much to be expected from this however the Bacteria dudes and the Miis are in 3D when they battle it out in the interactive mode.

Sound:
The only sound in the game would be the background music and right before you play Dr.Mario you are given a choice of which song and this version also contains the original Dr. Mario tunes which many people really wanted to be put in the game as they are catchy.

Replay Value:
This game would not survive and be as successful if there was no replay value and happily there is with over hours of fun of doing the same thing as it is basically fun.

Also multiplayer also adds extra replay value.

Conclusion:
Overall this WiiWare game is a really addicting puzzle game and Nintendo's 1st WiiWare game has been a good one and fans of Dr. Mario shall not be disappointed.
