Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 Cheats
Easy, good upgrade items
Not really a cheat but anyway.
If you go through levels in story mode (usually any lvl with scenery) and destroy trees/buildings/rocks they will leave a crater, these will pretty much always have dragon balls in them. To get them, you just walk over them or touch them. But, if your enemy touches them, you can't get it unless you repeat the level again.
After you have all seven, you go to the dragon on the map, and get an item.
Repeat until you have the items you want for your character. I recommend "kiss of #18".

Fight Intruders in Ultimate Battle Z
Some towers in the Ultimate Battle Z mode have hidden battles that require specific conditions to trigger. They are only available in the difficulty level 3.
Fight Uub in Kakarot Road: Defeat Kid Buu with an Ultimate Blast.
Fight Tao Pai Pai in Assault Force!: Defeat any opponent with an Ultimate Blast.
Fight SSJ3 Gotenks in Ultimate Children: Defeat Kid Goku with an Ultimate Blast.
Fight Goku SSJ2 and Vegeta (Second Form) SSJ2 in Dragon Tag 2: Defeat any opponent with an Ultimate Blast.
Fight Brolly Legendary SSJ in Saiyan Blood: Defeat Bardock with an Ultimate Blast.
Fight Super Baby 2 in Normal-ism: Defeat Super 13 with an Ultimate Blast.
Fight Omega Shenron in Ultimate Dragon: Defeat Syn Shenron with an Ultimate Blast.
