4 Color Rebellion has recently interviewed the lead producer of Spyborgs, Daryl Allison, in which he has stated that other Wii developers should not be using the Wii's inferior hardware as an excuse for poor graphics. "We were going to make a game that fans of Devil May Cry and God of War would enjoy," Allison stated during the interview. "Those gamers expect great graphics. Being on the Wii was not an excuse to disappoint them." While some view the statement by Allison as silly, considering that his own title has not been released yet. Others, however, are appraising his opinion and recognition of the major problem that seems to affect many Wii developers. We've already seen games with lovely graphics (look at launch release game 'Twilight Princess'), but we're hoping that Allison's statement can really sink in to other developers so that they produce some really nice looking games.

TP is a completely original title designed specifically for the Wii.

Yes, while it was designed for the Wii it was made for the Gamecube and they had to delay the release of the gamecube version so that they could change it to suit the Wii and then delay it further so that it could come out on both consoles as the Wii released.

They never built it from the ground up as a Wii game, and everybody that knows anything about gaming knows it. It was developed for the GameCube from the start and very little was changed for the Wii version. If you don't believe me, ask Nintendo yourself. It's common knowledge.
