Have you tried RE4? I didn't like them up until I played RE4 (my favourite game ever) but then after I played that I put up with the movements and enjoyed the rest also.

That's the same with me and RE4. I played a few of the earlier versions first and never liked the gameplay so I never bothered to get into them. Then I played RE4, loved it so much I had to complete the ones I hadn't previously. Still my favourite game to date to, as you can see next to where the quote button is.
You can do that also if you wanted SirPsycho, press the Mii tab up the top of the page, look on the right for Favourite Game and then just choose whatever you want.

My other two favourites of the series are RE0 and RE3: Nemesis. Didn't really like RE:CV or RE2. RE1, well yeah... Not a favourite but it's the start of it so I kinda have to like it.
Never actually played the RE Remake, I should get it. I played the DS version, RE:DS, that was pretty fun. Mainly because it's Resi on portable and I could play it at work.
