the programs called flash, its a proffetional program they use to make games, cartoon shows, animations etc. so its pretty exspensive, lucky i got a copy from a good friend of mine *cough* thailand market *cough* .. so its not really downloadable but if u go to adobe.com u can buy it or buy a older version.
