if ballarat is so slow, then why have I got a cable internet connection to my door that runs anywhere between 12mb-30mb ps. this means in lamens terms, 6 minutes to download any tv show (little slower on bit torrent). 30 secs to download any VC title. hmmmm.... if this is slow then i dont want to be as good as Sydney.
