Although the Video was removed before I got to see it, I'm certain that there's NO possible way to use PS2 games on the Wii, modchip or otherwise. The Wii, hardware-wise, is nothing like a PS2, so even onchip emulation shouldn't be possible. My guess is he shows a Wii on camera, but is actually concealing a PS2 somewhere.
Looking at the screen now, Sora looks fatter then normal, so either he can't lay off the cream cakes, or that's 4:3 on a 16:9 screen and he's pretending it's 16:9.
