Zelda, The Generation Still Alive - 10/10

Zelda, dating back to the NES in 1987 its fan base has just kept asking for more and now its one of the worlds biggest gaming Franchises known today. The Magical quests of the Young boy named Link has earned his keep as one of the most well known characters in Gaming history, but how did this happen ? What was Nintendo’s biggest move that put Zelda on the map?

Storyline

Start off as a Young boy named link that lives in an enchanted forests with a tribe of never growing up children known as the Kokiri, everything is always fine and Dandy until one day the Great Deku Tree summons young link and sends an Annoying fairy named Navy which guides you to him.

Once you’ve been guided he will tell you the Crushing truth that he is dying of a Curse that a Wicked and evil male Guerrudo cast on him and so now the Great Deku asks you to embark on a Wide journey in search of 3 element stones which will open the door of time in order to seal the Evil king Guerrudo for eternity, well at least what you would think.


Game play
Ocarina of time is a 3d Adventure with Smooth game play and easy Controls which will be Picked up in a matter of minutes, one of the Key Ingredients to making this Game that more enjoyable is being able to switch from 11 year old link into the Brave and mature 18 year old link.



This happens as the master sword Is drawn out of the Stone and Link’s spirit is Held at the temple of Time for 7 years, the masterpiece that becomes of it is that suddenly link’s life is Turned upside down as Hyrule as it was has now become the home of the Undead.
With the help of a random acquaintance known as Sheik Link is guided into once again Life threatening temples in Order to retrieve all the sages’ medallions in order to form a Bridge to Gannondorf’s castle to defeat the evil king once and for all.

There are also great extras in the Game like earning your very own Horse epona, this is another great part of the game where you race the future ranch leader in a race around the Ranch and the winner obviously wins the Horse.

Another Major Key in this game is the Ocarina of time as the Game is titled this enchanted instrument allows you to unlock the secrets of the royal family and is a major key in the fight against the evil king Gannondorf’s.

Sound

The game has great tunes which you will remember off by heart and that some geeky people sing along too, but what’s great is even the new Zelda games use the same tunes just edited up and gives the feeling that the Classic game will never Die and brings back great memories if you have grown up playing the series.

Q1. Is the game useless after it’s been finished?
A. No it isn’t because there are various collectibles to find such as all the Skulltala’s and every heart piece.

Q2. Can you Ride epona as a kid?
A. No you can’t because epona is a young horse and cannot maintain the weight of a child yet.

Q3. Is it true Link is a Pimp?
A. Yes it is he has a thing for Saria, Zelda and Malon.


Overall
This is game is just a Masterpiece and Can be said confidently that this was one of the stepping stones in to making games what they are today, overall the game is superb and still today puts other Zelda games to shame. The after play in this Game is still great with many things to do and to collect or even just going around on your horse and Destroying Poe’s you confront.

This Game is a game that will be cherished and Remember for decades this truly is the Ultimate Zelda there is and will be. (Well my point of View anyway)
