Trying to hunt down in Aus where I can get wiring for modchips that are under .125mm, preferably around .07mm or .10. The lowest at DSE is .125mm and its too thick.

He already talked about DSE. No cigar.

Why not buy a length of Speaker wire and strip it down? As I understand it, the individual wires are around the thickness you specify.
