well ive got winfast TV + then you need atleast a s-video input on your computer and then a couple of adapters to convert the wii's AV plugs to teh inputs you have on ur PC, thers other ways as well, i just did it the way that suits me best :]

I can do the same thing with my 27" Dell monitor. The PC is hooked up with DVI, my Wii with component cable, then on the monitor you can select PIP (Picture-In-Picture) - kinda like your image above - or you can select PBP (Picture-By-Picture) which shows the two screens the same size side-by-side (filling up the horizontal dimension of the monitor).
