No, not flush-mounted. Just a normal VESA bracket. I wouldn't add this to the accessories just yet. I don't think it's 'necessary enough'. I mean, I could use this or I could use double-sided tape.

Yes, on the underside. Useless if you want to stick it to the bottom of your TV, because right becomes left.

Not really desi, the sensor bar doesnt distinguish right from left, its merely just 2 leds flashing. It does not actually send out signals. Therefore it does not matter if its upside down or right way up, the wii will still repond to it properly. So you can pop it on upside down..
