I aint going to downgrade just to test.
I had XP Professional on this before i installed Vista Ultimate.
ANd ever since that day never looked back..

Again, vista DOES NOT LAG hehe, honestly. Everything opens instantly, no lag, NO LAG, I've tried to crash it and no such luck. XP would run the same, just with a UI i like less.

The 64bit does nothing special really anyway. I have a 64bit processor and stuff and have barely noticed a difference in speed between the 32 and 64bit, just a difference in what games/programs will work on them.

Vista is great, if you can look past the UAC forcing you to allow things when you run them as an administrator (you can turn that off though, if you want to)
