i know but they do that in TTs where they put millisecond scores...
noone believes that they actually got them but they still do it.

It's because they are low lifes with little or no friends and they want to be seen as the ultimate mastah of MKWII when all they do is become the laughing stock of everybody and annoy the crap out of everyone else.

But once again:
- NO, it is not possible to go over the 9999 capped rating. No "but" retaliation answers about haxx0rz etc anymore k? IT'S NOT POSSIBLE. 9999 IS THE LIMIT

Seriously, the moment it gets to the point of when I hop into WFC and every room has a cheater in it i'll stick with friend races only.

in short, you cannot get mii C and D
