Social \ Trouble With Wi-Fi - Please Help!

Look i connect fine but when i wanna vs someone in a game i get discconected also if i vs random people i still get discconected/

i get this code 60420 or 64020

i use a netgear router

cane anyone give me any solutions

not the usb i have a router the error code 60420 or 64020 keeps coming up i connect fine but when i wanna vs someone in a wi fi game i get disconnected and the codes i mentioned comes up

if you are haveing trouble with your router then you should go to this website.www.nintendo.com then go to the support section, then type in your error code on the left then click go. it come up with reasons on why it is not working. then in the miidel of the section it will have "router troubleshooting" in blue click on it and it will give you reasons and ideas on how to fix the router.

also if you are playing online with other people on a new game that just came out it might be that there are to much users on at one time. (to much traffic) then it makes it slower and diconnects thats what happens to me. so i wait for an hour or two and start playing and it works really good.
