If you're anything like me, you're looking forward to soul calibur: legends. It's soul calibur, but as an adventure game. First of all, sc games have gorgeous graphics, and it should be an indication of what the wii is capable of. Soul calibur 2 blew me away, I didn't realise the cube could handle such graphics.
Anyway, supposedly "By swinging the Wii Remote as players please, in-game characters will perform the exact sword actions that players are thinking of," and "The Nunchuk is mainly used for body movement, but by shaking the Nunchuk it's also possible to block incoming attacks, evade dangerous situations, and to perform other unique moves. And there are various moves that can only be pulled off by combining Nunchuk and Wii Remote actions."
Which sounds great in theory, but could potentially backfire horribly, in a very horribly fashion. Like a car crashing into an oncoming truck. Not pretty. Here's to hoping for more than just 4 axes to work around (horizontal, vertical and the two diagonals) like the swordplay in red steel.
