Below is the official trailer of Konami's Castlevania: Judgement, probably the Company's biggest title since Metal Gear Solid 4.
Castlevania started as a side-scrolling classic on the NES, involving the charecter Simon Belmont against Dracula, and other Vampires.
Though, While the third Castlevania on DS, Order of Ecclesia, will continue the tradition, Castlevania Judgement will not.
It turns out that the most recent installment to this Franchise is a 3-d fighter. The newest, and possibly most interesting Castlevania is announced for a release this Autumn (Fall).

Also, in a later statement, Koji Igarashi, Castlevania Creator, explained why the Latest game would be a fighter.
Wii is selling, but the ‘gamer’s games’ aren’t selling. That’s what I’m concerned about. I think there are two roads you can take: Create a game for the core fans with as low a development cost as possible, the other is to just find a different market for these consoles outside the core gamer
The essential Reason the new game is 3-d is because of low Budget. You think that Konami would be counting millions of Dollars after Metal Gear Solid's conclusion on the PS3. If Igarashi knew how heartbreaking it was to the fans, he probably wouldn't call this "Expanding" the Franchise.
Igarashi also compares the new title to a Capcom Classic, Power Stone, calling it a "3-d versus-action."
Finnally, he concluded with:
"I have to adapt to the times, but I can't alienate the core fans,"
The writer of the blog also included a description of the Demo at E3.
From my 15 minutes of playing it at E3, it's ... OK. Both players have full run of a 3-D arena, and the gameplay seems inspired by the classic games. You can select a projectile weapon, attack with your character's traditional melee weapon of choice, or use super moves that build up over time.
