News \ Wii Music Details

In Wii Music, players will have the opportunity to control a six-person band by using the Wii-mote and nun-chuck and by pressing the correct buttons on the Wii-mote to match the music on screen, a wonderful and in-tune musical performance will be created.

Nintendo has also announced that Wii Music will see a release date of some time in early 2008 with Australia likely to receive it mid-late 2008.

This won't be a full priced game, will it? I thought I heard that. I would consider getting it definitely, depending on what they do with it that is, and I wouldn't be paying $100 that's for sure!

I wonder how they'll work it. It would be nice if you could make your own songs somehow. Or just be able to add your own choice of songs. I wonder if it will be worked in such a way as to allow that. It could get boring pretty darn quickly if it's just a set of songs that you have to master. And will it just be classical? I mean, I think Mozart's pretty cool! But I don't think I share that thought with much of the gaming population
