Wii Play Description:

Wii Play will feature minigames that will use characters in the Mii Channel, and will be sold with a Wii Remote. Minigames are: Table Tennis, Laser Hockey, Fishing, Find Mii, Pose Mii, Shooting, Pool, Charge! and Tanks.

I gotta say that I was disappointed with this game. I bought it after playing Wii Sports, which I love and was so impressed with.
On its own merits, however, (ie: without being compared to Wii Sports) it is a good little party game. I particularly like the fishing game.
If for no other reason this game is worth buying 'cause it comes bunbled with a WiiMote.

Umm, the exchange rate between the States and Australia needs to be considered, as does the complete screw-over Australians get for any kind of video game product.

AU$70 can get you three games has been re-released under a bargain brand (seven if you buy the $10 kind). What horrifies is the new releases. As I understand it a PC game sells in the States for around US$50 at release. Here it sells for AU$80-120. You paid US$250 for your Wii, and we paid AU$400.

And because the gaming community here has a strange habit of staying away from Nintendo products, they tend to stay full price for a long time. Gamecube games are still AU$70-90 at my local EB (can you believe it?) and DS Lites, which can be found everywhere, still sell for AU$180-198.

Mine turn to defend the 360. The Table tennis on the 360, was a full game (i say was cause i finished it). It had multiple tournments, arenas and levels. Start as a junior and move up to a champion. Its like comparing a fullout tennis game and Wii Sport Tennis
