I just get all my fav songs in one playlist so when I click play and my iPod in my pocket, I never have to touch it again.

Well i s'pose its not as much illegal, as it is using homebrew - like on wii or DS. Homebrew is not illegal, and considering that apple plans to release the open source in FEB, it wont be illegal at all
